Product information
J&B Printers guarantees against defects caused during manufacturing. We use top quality garments. Slight color or size variations may occur due to different dye lots, shirt styles, or manufacturers' accepted tolerances and are not considered to be defects by J&B Printers.
Terms & Conditions
All orders are subject to availability. J&B Printers reserves the right to discontinue designs without notice. Terms are pre-payment, C.O.D. (cash, certified check, or postal money order), Visa or Mastercard until credit terms are approved J&B Printers Credit Department. Net 30 or C.O.D. check available with approved credit. All customers outside U.S. must pay in U.S. dollars. International customers may pay by Visa, Mastercard, international money-order, or wire-transfer. Wire transfer fees are the responsibility of the customer. All returned checks will be assessed a $45 handling fee. Accounts from which J&B Printers receives a returned check will become COD cash only accounts. Customer agrees to pay all costs, including attorney fees, incurred in the collection of past-due accounts. Past-due balances are subject to a one and one half percent monthly service charge.
Returns & Claims
Custom printed apparel is not returnable unless due to manufacturer's or printer's defect; such as holes in the merchandise, misspellings, or improper printing. Customers are responsible for ordering the sizes they need; customer errors in ordering are not returnable. Defective merchandise will be replaced or credited to the customer's account. A return authorization number must be issued by the Customer Service department before returning any item, and must be noted on the outside of the return shipping box. Unauthorized returns will not be credited. Authorized returns of first quality stock items are subject to a fifteen percent restocking fee. All shortages must be reported to Customer Service within 10 days of receipt of goods. Credits issued on customer accounts will be used on the next open invoice unless the customer notifies J&B Printers Customer Service otherwise. J&B Printers will routinely refund any credits not used within 90 days to the customer. All prices are subject to change without notice. Incorrect prices shown on customer purchase orders will be adjusted to reflect current pricing.
Special Handling
Folding, tagging and bagging is provided by J&B Printers for an additional charge. Please contact Customer Service for information and pricing.
Shipping
J&B Printers ships by UPS unless otherwise instructed, FOB Rockland, Maine. Overseas orders will be shipped to the U.S. freight forwarder of the customer's choice. Freight is pre-paid and is added to the invoice.
Back Orders
Orders will be shipped as complete as possible. Backorders for fewer than 6 pieces and all backorders not shipped within 45 days are canceled automatically.

Do you give any discounts for non-profit organizations?
Yes! J&B Printers will extend a discount on any printing for educational and non-profit organizations. Please contact our Customer Service for more details.
What sizes can I order shirts in?
For youth sizes: XS(size 2-size4), S(size 6-size 8), M(size 10-size 12), and L(size 14-size 16). Adult sizes are S(size 34-size 36), M(size 38-size 40), L(size 42-size 44), XL(size 46-size 48), XXL(size 50-size 52), XXXL(size 54-size 56), and XXXXL(size 58-60). How will you ship my order to me?
We ship via UPS®. Please note when ordering it is important to provide a complete and accurate mailing address, including your street address.
How long will it take to print my order?
We complete most orders within two weeks. Larger orders may take longer.
Do the shirts shrink?
Yes, 100% cotton t-shirts will shrink about 5% if washed in hot water or mechanically dried hot.
What happens to colored inks when I wash the shirt, will the design 'wash-out'?
Over time, with several washes, the design will appear to 'weather' a bit. This is actually caused by 'fibrillation', a natural breakdown of the cotton shirt material where microscopic fibers stand up on the shirt and make the ink appear to fade.
